Seeley Massey - BS, MSI

I provide therapy for individuals of all ages, couples, and families, offering a warm and supportive space to explore challenges and foster growth. Whether I’m helping couples improve communication, guiding families to build stronger connections, or supporting individuals through life transitions, I meet each client where they are—with compassion, clarity, and care. My approach is grounded and goal-oriented, and I tailor it thoughtfully to the unique needs of every person and relationship I work with.

I also work with children as young as 2 years old, using play as a powerful tool to help them express emotions, build resilience, and navigate challenges. Through developmentally appropriate, child-centered techniques, I create a safe and engaging environment where children can process their experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and grow in confidence and connection.

A successful marriage is not the result of how compatible a couple is, but how successfully they manage their incompatibility."
– Leo Tolstoy

Emotional wounds—whether remembered clearly or not—can impact every part of our lives, from how we think and feel to how we relate to others. I use Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and brain-based clinical hypnosis, two gentle and effective approaches that help clients release inner conflicts and remove blocks to change. These methods have proven successful in resolving issues like anxiety, panic attacks, guilt, anger, resentment, nightmares, and more—making way for deeper compatibility and more fulfilling relationships.

As a Certified Practitioner in Rapid Resolution Therapy and a Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I’ve spent the past six years immersed in the study of neuroscience and how real, lasting change happens when therapy aligns with how the brain naturally processes experience. My approach is grounded in both science and compassion. While degrees and certifications speak to my training, I also carry the personal experience of guiding my own children and grandchildren through difficult transitions. My greatest reward has been their trust and gratitude—reminders of how healing relationships can grow stronger when we’re given the right tools and support.

Elizabeth Haydel - BS - MSI

As a mental health counselor, I believe in meeting people exactly where they are on their own journeys. Life can be overwhelming, messy, and full of moments that leave us questioning ourselves and how to take the next step. My hope is to be someone you can talk to openly and honestly, without fear of judgment or needing to filter your feelings. With a degree in Psychology with concentration in sociology and experience working with individuals from
various backgrounds, I’ve learned the importance of creating a space where people feel truly seen and heard. I’ve been able to apply what I’ve learned in real-world settings, building connections that are rooted in trust, empathy, and curiosity. I use an integrative, person-centered approach, always tailoring our work to fit your unique story, goals, and pace.

My counseling style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and real connection. I believe that healing happens in relationships, when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles or just feel stuck or unsure of who you are lately, I’m here to help you sort through it. I’m especially passionate about working with people who are going through big transitions, carrying the weight of old wounds, or trying to rediscover their voice after feeling like they’ve lost it. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace, focusing on what feels meaningful to you.

If any part of this resonates with you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you through it.

Is life unpredictable and chaotic? Are you depressed or anxious, lost interest in doing things that have been important to you, sometimes feel like you've lost yourself? Do you sometimes use alcohol or other substances so you don't feel? Have you experienced trauma or injuries that you struggle to manage? Let's work together to change course whether you are struggling with addiction, trauma, loss, or the stress of everyday life.

I get to know you, the way life has influenced you, identify things that work and those that don't so your life is not unmanageable. We will work together to pinpoint characteristics that may be problems, then use multimodal therapy techniques including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, acceptance and commitment, EMDR and meditation to help identify the changes that will help quickly. Ours will be a collaborative relationship that leads to overall wellness.
